Kathiawari horse breed is of a indian origin. in Region of Saurashtra, situated in the Gujarat State land. This breed nearly characterstics of Marwari horse. They are found in all colours excluding black one. They are recently used in mounted police horses and farmers having big lands and hobbyist saving this pure breed.

Breed Characterstics: The Top Quality pure Kathiawaris are below 15 hand ( 60 inches, 152 cm), some time this horse have a more height than described are considered ok height. The breed has a hollow facial profile. with a byroad forehead and tiny muzzle. The neck and body are comparative and relatively short, while both the head and tail are carried high. Although well-proportioned, many Western breeders consider them to be absent in bone in the legs. 

This breed’s most individual quality is its ears. Which curve inward to touch and sometimes overlap at the tips. Breeders focused on the preservation of these curving ears.
